                        二. Application range of the machine：
          
                        The machine is a special machine for processing steel ball blank,  it is suitable for rough processing diameter 12.7-75mm steel balls.The machine is with high cutting efficiency. It is realized one worker can watch many sets at same time.           		
                    
          
                    
          
                        三.Machine  features:                                                                                                                                            1）Horizontal structure and circulation processing is adopted in  the  machine.                                              2）Open casting structure is adopted in the main unit.
          
                        3）Incline ball feeder is adopted in the machine, AC. frequency conversion stepless speed regulation is used in the ball feeder's rotating.
          
                        4）Rotating plate moving adding pressure, hydraulic driving is used for adding pressure, accumulator is used for keeping pressure. Keeping pressure is stable and credible.
          
                        5）High loading thrust taper roller bearing is adopted in  the main spindle end face bearing.
          
                        6）The rotating plate is assorted with the main spindle in taper. 
          
                        7）Speed of main spindle is controlled with double speeds motor.
          
                        8）Renew check loading of the main transimission gearbox, improved the gearbox's strength, pulley wheel is assorted with transmission spindle in taper.
          
                        9）Ball inlet is with cushioning function to avoid damage the ball feeder.                                                      10）There are two pieces alloy casting iron flashing plates after heat treatment.
